Please register online or mail your registration to the address below and include a check made payable to Bill and Hilda Goodling Teacher Scholarship. Only individual golfers may register online.

Please fill out the following form to register. If you know with whom you intend to play, please include the names of the other golfers in your group on the second page of this form.
